Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Clear directions for check-in, and well-known location. Nice view from balcony. Supermarket downstairs along with restaurants and a CBTL coffee shop. For more local places, walk a couple of blocks west along Metropolitan Ave.

It's sometimes a bit busy at the elevator. Not a major issue.

Staff( concierge and security) were polite and accomodating, checking-in was fast. Host was responsive and sent instructions prior to my arrival. Unit was clean and minimalist which I personally liked. ** dump smell in the bathroom; also probably needs a shower curtain to prevent splashes of water all over the bathroom floor.
