Suggestion and please don't get offended- a little bit rapport to your guest/guests. Be a human side not a transactional one like robot.

The furniture were quite inconvenient in the living room, mattress was hard, big construction site outside, loud drunken Chinese neighbor, small cockroach everywhere. And the apartment does not have blackout curtains.

The room is equipped with what you need, it's just that the cooking pot is too small for making like nilaga. But, it's fine. The place is cozy.It exceeded our expectations for its price. We'll definitely back.

There were cockroaches everywhere, even in sleeping room. There were 5 years old stains of painting, never cleaned on tiles. In app is not invested. 20 Years old TV computer size, not connected. Old carpets. Small bugs from kitchen sink. 1 towel. No shampoo or soap.

Ideal location and price, very good access from the airport. Recommend to go to the SM Hypermarket downstairs as this accommodation does not include amenities.

The kitchen sink pipes are probably not cleaned at all. When I went in a couple of times there were small flies around the area and even a small cockroach. Ultimately had to shorten my stay and move out because of this. And no, I did not eat inside the residence. No garbage bags for your own garbage. Small amenities would have been nice but you get what you pay for.
