The property is just near all the establishment that you need - grocery, coffee shop.

Cooking equipments are too small, the frying pan is only good for cooking egg and the pot is too small. Could have been better if they also have cooking utensils. It could have been better if a washer is available. Could have been better of a drinking water is available at the unit.
