Executive Suite at National Landing - 1BR, Metro, Gym, Pool, Sauna, 2 Queen Beds

The location is close to the metrorail, quite area, parking was easy, nice amenities at the facility, and quick responses by the host.

Our only concern was the cleanliness. Unfortunately it appeared that the cleaning staff only worried about what could be seen. Brought it to the host’s attention. They apologized and appreciated us bringing it to their attention, but hard to pay that kind of money when the apartment was not as clean and comfortable as it could have been.

I like that the apt was very well equipped also with some snack and and tea. Arriving really late the first night having something to eat and drink was pleasing.

The Air conditioning was super loud, you could not regulate the fan. Basically if you turn on the Air it was windy in the apt, and if you turn it off was super cold. The fan was so noisy that during night you had to turn it off, this means that in the morning the apt was super cold. Plus the advertisement said that there was a Sauna in the building, but it was not actually accessible and the indications from the host were not very clear on how to use it. So I ended up not using it while it was one of the main reasons why I originally decided to book this apt. In the Area there are definitely better options for that price.

Great location. Very clean and perfect for what we were looking for.

Nothing. Well, the pool was closed for the year. It's an outdoor pool and I didn't see that in the notes. Not a big deal though. But after a long day touring DC it would have been amazing to sit in a hot tub.

Host was very helpful.

I couldn't access the onsite parking because the site was hacked. You should be able to pay for parking when you book your stay.

Very clean, clear communication, and thoughtfully equipped. Especially appreciated having a choice of mattress firmness.

No complaints. Wish the bathroom lighting was brighter near the tub but that's far from a deal-breaker and far outweighed by the unit's many pluses.

Great location and facilities. Love the gym and lounge. It is very close to all tourist places in DC. Host is very helpful.

We would have loved it more if the comforters were lighter colors and no patterns. Closets and drawers are a bit clustered.

A/C was cold .

Problem is when A/C is off room is getting hot immediately. When A/C is open you’re getting cold because vent directly come to your body in bed . I was cold until morning . Also you have to pay park ticket .
