"Good located accommodation"

Very light and airy lounge, TV with netflix and good wifi. Good location to get into York, 15 minute walk and on a good bus route. Shop nearby and a nice coffee shop called busk would recommend. There was an issue with the boiler on our stay, Rebecca was extremely helpful resolving this for us, very friendly and contacted me the next day to ensure everything had been resolved.

"Great location with bonus of free parking"

Well equipped house. Heating easy to control. Very clean. Near riiver so can walk into York but river was too flooded at the moment.

The top of stairs very close to toilet door. Would have to be careful with younger children or in night.

"Perfect comfort able stay"

Location, comfortable beds, lovely and clean, nice touches and parking on street.

Everything was good overall and would definitely stay again. Toilet seat needs some attention as when you sit on it it slips to one side

We loved the location of the property next to the river and how beautifully presented everything was. The check in advice was clear and we were very impressed with the basket of goodies provided in the kitchen. For the price, everything was exceptional and we would love to stay here again should we return to York!
