Hartoft St - 2 bed near river

For my son and I who were on a journey from Australia to the UK, Hartoft Street was perfect. The property is well located and only a short and pleasant walk into beautiful York. The kitchen was ideal for our short stay and the bedroom lounge area were perfect. There was adequate street parking should you be driving. We really liked this stay and would book again in a heart beat.

Not enough hot water flow for a bath

Very comfortable and clean accommodation and just a short walk into the city.

The shower pressure was a bit tricky to work out.

Loved the location. It took 15 min to walk to the city center or 4 min to the #7 bus, which takes you to town center or the train station. The house was very clean with very cozy beds. The area is quiet, so we all slept peacefully. There is free on street parking but the street can only accommodate small vehicles. The owners gave perfect directions, and access was easy. The added touches of coffee, tea, and some snacks were an added bonus 😋.

We could not sit in the small garden due to the foul smell of sewer.
