Like every room had a shower Well decorated WiFi worked perfectly fine

The staff were extremly helpful, helped us find parking and also answered all questions and calls.

Im unsure why an £150 deposit was required. Could have been a little cleaner but was dirty.

Location is close to restaurants and grocery store. The unit has 3 bedrooms which is perfect for my family with 2 teenagers. Heating towel racks are electric. I can use it to warm my towels. Washing machine works very well.

The mattresses are too soft for us. Need bigger pot for cooking larger quantity.

Only one key available among 5 people staying

Excellent location with food options within 2 min walk. Easy to get to location and outside the Birmingham clean air zone yet close to city center 20 min walk. 3 bedrooms with ensuite. Nice and clean. It mentioned park available. But there is no dedicated parking for the apartment. However, 2 min walk down the road there are streets were there is free parking.
