Needed another chair in lounge.

It is very horrible experience for us. The host is terrible and gave us wrong instruction about parking cause our car got fine from local council. They don’t have free parking at all. And the facilities are extremely low quality just shows artificial photos. And bed sheets are dirty even with stains. I sent message about the bed sheets cleanness issue. They responded later and sent cleaner after 10pm when we all slept as jet lag and got to know it on the next morning only.

Nothing we like. The worst and cheapest place we stayed during our 16 nights UK trip 6 places stayed.

The bathroom was probably the cleanest parts of the property

Super disappointed, don't think I've ever written a bad review about staying somewhere. But it wasn't luxury for at all. Beds had yellow and brown stains, hairs & there was a single duvet on one of the double beds. Duvet covers had stains. Food bits were found just under the bed in one room. The mattresses were broken. We didn't sleep all night. The location was rough- cops were there and chasing people. Not the nice side of edgebaston. Just off the edge of Hagley Road. The whole entrance to the apartment was doused with the smell of weed from the next apartment, the entrance was a bit weird too. Upstairs smelt like people had been smoking. There was blood stain on the walls? There was no hand soap in the downstairs toilets and mini hair/body tubes. The cushions in the communal area were super dirty. The showers were surprisingly clean and really clean so that was good Overall, the pictures look fresh and clean and the reviews were good but this wasn't our experience at all. Definitely not a luxury apartment.
