Excellent location with parking

Limited glasses and not enough space for toiletries in the bathrooms

Excellent facilities, very comfortable especially the mattresses. Quiet. Very convenient for food shopping and central for the tourist attractions.

Found it strange not having an electric kettle but got used to using the kettle on the hob. The winter weight duvets were too warm. No washing up bowl for the last minute few items on the last day. All minor things.

Issue with shortage of hot water when all guest want to shower in morning Would suggest basin for kitchen to ease washing of small amounts

Very open plan and spacious, lovely and clean, loved the hand wash!! We will definitely return.

The only thing was there needs to be more mirrors in the 2 smaller rooms and ideally a dressing table or shelf. Also, the water went cold after 2 showers

Lounge furniture was not very comfortable

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the city centre. Stunning apartment with 3 large double by croons and 3 bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you could need for your stay. The luxury Yorkshire hamper was a lovely gesture.
