Everything, location is amazing concierge so helpful and polite

I feel to top it off as being a 10/10 property which it’s so close to. Having some small toiletries would be amazing

The location was brilliant for us. Easy to follow instructions to gain entry. Really clean and comfortable apartment. The welcome package was a lovely touch.

A really minor point but we could not get the kitchen sink plug to stay down in order to wash up easily.

Decorated very well, had everything you need, lovely welcome pack.

The lighting in kitchen/living area was very dark

Welcome hamper was a nice touch. Apartment was clean and well equipped and close to York centre.

A second set of keys would have been useful. No hanging space in one of the bedrooms. Plug in kitchen sink did not work and there was no washing up bowl.

We loved our first trip to York, and the apartment was a lovely part of the trip. It was very warm, comfy and inviting. Easy to get to, good location. Very spacious and clean and not too far away from the city centre/Shambles/where everything is happening! When we go back to York, we'd defo book here again. The staff were excellent when we called about leaving our bags in for our last few hours in York. Can't say enough nice things about the place! Thank you Stays York! :-)

Location was fantastic, apartment was super clean & very quiet. Well equipped

Mattress in main bedroom was too soft. We also found the apartment a little chilly. Plug in kitchen sink didn’t work In the kitchen could do with an oven glove
