1. Unreliable air conditioning: The aircon stopped working at times, making the room uncomfortable. 2. Noise issues: External noise was noticeable, disrupting my sleep. 3. Limited essentials: No extra toilet paper was provided, and the initial supply was insufficient. 4. Bathroom design flaws: The short curtain allowed water to seep onto the floor during showers. 5. Unfriendly reception staff: Unfortunately, the staff at the reception area were consistently rude and seemed more interested in their phones than assisting guests.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially the comfort knowing that it was on the spot booking.

To be honest We just don’t like the smell of the room it’s giving raw pork smell even we keep on spraying perfume.

Just had a little hiccup but they were able to sort it out and was able to get our keys.

Great location. Easy to get to everything you would want to see in the city. The flat was nice and clean and perfect for a couple looking to explore in Iloilo City

There is swimming pool.

The room is not the one that we booked. The place is not accessible for public transport. No food store nearby. The water in the bathroom is not that functional. No tissue and toiletries. The wifi signal is fluctuating.
