Excellent location to visit all that York has to offer. Nice sized lounge room to sit back after visiting all the sites. Lots of glasses and plates etc for the stay.

The lack of items which I’d think should be provided; No shampoo and conditioner, No tea towel, although a single roll of paper towel was provided. No bin liners in kitchen and bathrooms. No welcome pack initially provided (tea, coffee…) although they apologised for the oversight. Bathroom shower leaked water onto floor and shower mat had black mould all over it! These are comments previously mentioned but not fixed from previous reviews I note! 2 and half toilet rolls for three toilets provided. One toilet empty on arrival. Contacted the site re the toilet paper, tea towels and bin liners. Unlike the welcome pack that was fixed, Chris wanted to argue that they were there and then ignored our second check as to ensure that we missed. Most of these are comments noted in past reviews but not actioned.

Location was great

Very noisy with windows open, although very quiet when shut

superb location. the Spark street food across the road was really good

my wife went to the keybox whilst i waited in the car with hazards flashing. she found it was a little tricky to open the box as she has arthritis and it's a bit fiddly. it would be much better with the receptionist, but this isn't 24 hour. i also had to get out the car to read the parking bay number, so these could be clearer.
