As reflected in my ratings, my stay in Dan's place was great. Easy check-in and check-out, clean, good location. Unpleasant part: Due to some booking confusion which was easily and quickly solved, the manager/owner of the property ended up owning me a refund. He attempted to withhold it as leverage for a positive review.

Fantastic place close to everywhere you need to be! Loved it! Bathroom suite was perfect too (:

Close to the train, good for a short stay

Bathroom was really dirty, lots of hairs on the floor and the shower floor was filthy. Had to clean it all before use. I understand you get what you pay for but there should be a level of hygiene standard.

It’s convenient for guests to have a simple breakfast.It is not convenient for several rooms to share one bathroom.

Conveniently located, confortable and clean.

I didn’t stay because there were no instructions nor anyone picking up my repeated phone calls to get assistance into an Air B&B which I thought was a hotel because I book on hotels.com, not Air B&B.com. I could not get a refund because of their “policy”, but couldn’t get no one to assist me to even enter the property. Unprofessional business practice and I can wipe my butt with their policy.

the location and food

the host must be a strict "teacher" but not a kindly hospitable host. He refused to reply any information but only read his EMAIL. it's too cold when we arrived at night, he still need us read his EMAIL in front of his gate again and again without provide a code for his gate.

It was decent for the price. I had a private bathroom there was a park around the corner. Dunkin’ Donuts in walking distance My only concern was it was on the second floor. I had to pull 2 pieces of luggage up 2 flights of stairs
