The verification and access process is a bit too complicated for a weary, sleep deprived , jet lagged, de-hydrated traveler. Maybe Booking can look into simplifying the process?

Clean and quiet. Value for money. To manage your expectations, the floors are very squeaky and the blinds need changing, especially in the shared bathroom.

The property is very clean. It's peaceful and a good location.

East access to the property owner is very helpful. Shared bathroom very clean. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare a light meal. It is also very clear.

Dan provided very clear instructions and the place was very organized. The detailed rules and instructions were probably necessary because, as I know as well, many people don't know how to be considerate of others. Self-check in was convenient and easy. The location is very convenient, next to JFK/UMass, a station seemingly underappreciated by the local government but very well connected. The bathroom was very clean. It wasn't cold in the room at all (the heater is set at quite a high temp). It was nice that there was coffee and some food available for breakfast (no noodles, though). It helps a European overcome the initial culture shock regarding the food culture in the US. All in all, a decent first experience of Bostonian hospitality.

Room was smaller than expected. The bed was really, really soft, which may cause some pains to the people who are a bit taller and heavier than average. I could not find the laundry machine (which is listed in the description and welcome message). It wasn't too bad of an issue. Communication was impersonal, yet adequate, but I got no reply on Whatsapp and hadn't received check-in instructions until the day before my departure to Boston, which made me worry a little bit. Everything turned out well in the end.
