Overall: My stay was deeply disappointing. While the view and location had potential, the severe lack of maintenance and cleanliness made it unbearable. I would not recommend this unit until major repairs are done. CONS: · Severe Maintenance Problems: · Faulty Windows: The balcony door, living room window, secondary bedroom window, and kitchen window were all broken or unable to close properly. · Uninhabitable During Bad Weather: On the 35th floor, the broken windows caused loud, frightening whistling and banging noises all night. During rain, water seeped inside, creating a safety hazard and making sleep impossible. · Lack of Safety: Discovering a poisonous spider nest in the living room is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern, especially for children or pets. · Cleanliness and Hygiene Failures: · Persistent Odor: The master bedroom had a damp, unpleasant smell that wouldn't go away. · Insect Infestation: The kitchen had multiple dead flying insects on sills and counters. The spider nest points to a deeper pest control issue. · Mold and Dampness: The presence of green moss/mold in the secondary bathroom is a health hazard and indicates poor ventilation and cleaning. · Inconveniences: · Inferior Parking: The parking for this tower is significantly less convenient than the parking for Tower 1, requiring a longer walk with luggage. · Noise from Neighbors: Thin walls meant we could easily hear noise from adjacent units and the hallway.

PROS : · No Bed Bugs: The most basic requirement was met. The beds were clean and free of pests. · Excellent View: Being on the 35th floor provided a stunning, unobstructed view of the city/skyline. · Good Location: The hotel/apartment is in a convenient area, close to [Mention a nearby mall/attraction if you know, or just use "amenities"]. · Spacious Layout: The apartment itself was large, with separate living, kitchen, and bedroom areas, offering plenty of space. · Functional Air Conditioning: The AC units in the rooms worked effectively and provided good relief from the heat.

We are obsolutely disappointed with this unit T35-01 at Geo Residence very dirty & we used more then 20 pcs of wet tissue to wipe all the tables , side tables & toilet , badly maintained, common toilet near dining area without hanger to hang our towel & cloths while bathing , 2nd bedroom toilet water all flow out to the toilet bowl while bathing & the floor near toilet bowl are all wet , very badly maintain , We found spider web in the 2nd bedroom near aircon with a big size dead spider on it inside looks old & we feel cheated with all the photos in booking .com

no attached bathroom at master room. the bed not comfortable. very noisy, can hear the vehicles sound very loud

Location is the best amongst the 3 main ones at that location

Not enough hangers. No place to hang clothes. Small matter but does cause a little inconvenience for families
