Geo38 Genting 3Bed2Bath 10 pax High Floor Free WiFi

No toiletries like tooth brush or paste. We had cheap shampoo and bath gel. The toilet in the master bedroom was out of order. No iron boards It’s a 3 room apartment so I was expecting all the minimum facility

It was full of cockroaches. I have shared the photos with the guy who managing the property. There were no microwave oven too.

The property was big and spacious. Decent overall.

There was a cockroach on the bed and also in the kitchen. There no fan or Aircond provided in the hall. There was only 2 toilet and the master bedroom don’t have a toilet.

Big apartment, near to shops

can be better in some aspect

Called for breakfast but nobody pick up the call 🥲

The location of the apartment being on of the top floors though the view is generally facing the main road going up Genting and the shops below. At that height you get the cool clouds feeling. What I didn't like?> Emmm sooo much actually. Mostly the fact that with the value given was way below expectation based on the price and advertisement shown. UGHHHH. The first thing I saw as I walked in the apartment was the crooked cheap table cloth on the table just so thrown on the table very 'cincai'. I also have a homestay and I would never allow this. Hence, this triggered a panic alarm in me. I immediately checked the kitchen and I couldn't find the plates at first. Nothing in the upper cabinets. All were in the 3 drawers. A very strong stench of Cockroach immediately stung my nose when opening the cabinets (Btw We had to wash everything before use, safety...very inconvenient ). To my dismay, everything was very cheap plastic plates and bowls, most were non-food grade. The bowls had stains and even holes on it. The cutlery were of thin aluminum and we had 7 sticks of the chopsticks. The mugs and cups were definitely the unwanted ones that were just thrown in there, mismatched, obviously gotten free somewhere or bought from a RM2 shop. One even had residue of Milo from the last tenant. It was quite disgusting. All the cabinets seemed to be poorly laminated with cheap plastic to disguise the wear and tear....it didn't feel the a RM2.5Kplus a night kitchen at all. Especially also the crockery....OMG!! Another spoiler...the only frying pan was non-stick and was rottenly peeling and sticky...it was gross. Two other small pots, only one can use, the other one had black burnt food on the bottom. So sad. All the cabinets reeked of cockroach despite the modern original design and were lined with waste recycled cardboards (not proper cabinet lining for a 2.5K apartment) and cockroach traps which were (con't)

full of cockroach droppings. That night we also met the live cochroaches on the kitchen counter. So disgusting! Seriously, get a proper pest control!! Kitchen from HELL. Next , cleanliness of the rooms would be basic, Could still see watermarks on the shower glass panes and in the middle bathroom the shower bar was already broken and loose. Master bedroom no bathroom( but that was already stated), the futons given were smelly ( maybe never been washed and they didn't give flats sheets to cover them. The towels were old, medium sized and some were very small. Probably cheap too. They also used kitchen towels as floor mats. Cheapoop. Personally, I hate the deco because it was very mismatched but mostly because nothing represented the price we paid. We had stayed at the 7 Stones Apartments before , same apartment layout, different floor and was totally different. Heaven and earth. Also, we paid much much less. Hence, this is where our dissatisfaction stems from. As you can see, we are very well travelled through Booking.com and this apartment really was a 'Clickbait'. Feel robbed. Many regrets, happy if can save others from wasting their money and maybe motivate the owner to invest on his property better to serve the customers who genuinely pay. People come to stay in with family, so the apartment should provide all the home comforts needed for a comfortable stay esp when people fork out that amount of money for a HOMEstay. People want value. The same amount of money, would have gotten us way better rooms on the hilltops of Genting instead. All the best and thank you.

the view seeing. we can see all over the genting highland temple and everything. the moutain was so nice in the morning. full of clouds. just a beautiful scenery.

nothing much. we tought like have a coffe to make a drink so we dont need to go downstair to buy.

Almost everything is perfect. The only thing is that I kept hearing the sound of chairs and tables being pulled up from upstairs at night.
