BYХорошо укомлектованы аппартоменты особенно кухня имеется вся посуда , бытовая техника в рабочем состоянии. Хороший интернет. Пляж находится в 7 мин. пешком. Есть паркинг рядом всегда можно найти место для авто.
Не удобные кровати и уставшая мебель Было не очень чисто. На первом этаже расположен ресторан-бургерная все запахи с ресторана были в аппартоментах. Близко расположены дискотеки и громкая музыка была каждый день до 4 утра.

La llave para entrar era incomoda
ESLa lavadora perdía agua . A la ducha le costaba tragar el agua y en momentos desprendía un poco de olor .
ESEstaba limpio y bastante bien equipado.
Nos dejaron únicamente 4 toallas para 5 días. El lavabo perdía agua y mojaba todo el suelo del baño. Solo había 2 rollos de papel y el de cocina estaba empezado.
IEUnable to contact ye when we arrived ,sent numerous emails,phone calls,no reply,,no sockets in bedroom working as 1 socket had wires coming out of it ,I use a machine to breath so unable to sleep in bedroom ,on 3rd night came back to apartment NO ELECTRICITY in apartment/ building ,again tried to contact ye ,no reply ,security man no English no help ,I had to stay up all night in darkness ,no sleep ,electricity came back on at 8.00 in morning,
GBI don't recommend this apartment. At first glance, it looks clean, but if you look closely, you can see mold and rust. Everything is very old and in need of repair. The sofa is dusty and probably older than me. The beds squeak and the towels are dirty. The pool looked miserable, as did the apartment. The key system is very strange, and there is a risk of not getting in. You are also required to clean up after you stay or they will charge you extra.

Continuous leaking from the bathroom sink overflow pipe; causing continuous wet and dirty floor - apart from the danger aspect of slippy, wet tiles. (Reported twice). Electric sockets not working in bedroom. (Reported twice). No housekeeping. Therefore, one towel each for the whole 8 days that we stayed there. Main lounge patio door did not close properly (runners bent) therefore constant draught. (Ordinarily would not really matter as Tenerife weather usually hot, but we stayed during Storm Claudia??? and it was very windy and draughty). Patio doors did not close properly so locking mechanism did not engage. Disgraceful lack of customer care or service. Think 'The Tor Team' have a damn cheek pushing for a checking-out 'clean-up' when they can't even provide a decent standard themselves. Very disappointing. Seems the owners cut-and-run after taking your money! I reported twice by messaging - to get the response: 'we will report this'. Laughable. Also no luggage store after check-out 🤔
ITPosizione comoda ma in zona non molto comoda per famiglie piu per vita notturna. Secondo me per i costi metterei a servizio dei clienti cose necessarie anche per la cucina. E la pulizia da migliorare sempre x qualità-prezzo. Non è sporco ma nemmeno pulito. Io personalmente non ho prezzato la poco flessibilità su orario di uscita.. ma sopratutto il non poter tenere i teli x la piscina(da consegnare ovviamente all uscita)avendo aereo alle 18 e appartamento da lasciare alle 11. Piscina grande ma non curata. La piccola chiusa per manutenzione quindi non so. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene!
