Location, ambience, the view

There is high security and it was difficult to initially access the property and checking. The building staff were also not too sure on the arrangements.

Good location and nicely furnished apartment.

They have a number of hidden charges that suddenly get added to your bill after booking and because they insist on a different payment system to the usual booking.com system they exact this charge. Their charges include a daily service charge and a cleaning fee. The apartment was not serviced or cleaned during my stay so this is a little bit cheeky. The security and parking are quite difficult and the host could do more to explain this better to new guests.

Toilet was not cleaned properly, there was no auger and tea or coffee to make tea batteries of the remote was not working we had to buy for our own and never been refunded our money.

It was modern and had a great view

It was not serviced and the internet was incredibly slow hardly had connection. Access for visitors is very difficult.

I loved how clean it was , all that I needed was there including the electrical appliances .

There was not enough soap

clean and apartment was big

everything was perfect

Great view location, pool & restaurant

No aircon nor fans. Very hot & noisy with generators
