Good location near cafes. Good amount of space. Pleasant decor. Clean.

The main problem was that the hot water system simply did not work so we could not have a proper shower, still less a bath. A bath is impossible anyway as it can be filled only from the shower head. The heating system for the shower cut out every other minute. Also lukewarm even in the sink, which could not be filled at all or drained properly as the plug was stuck at an angle. Less important but - no info given re WiFi until nearly 10pm when we chased, - no coffee maker of any sort - no bedside table or shelf for a glass of water etc.

Lots of space. Good natural light. Very attentive and accommodating management.

Very convenient for Withington. Spacious, especially for a couple. Clean and tidy. Easy check in once parking organised.

Wife would have appreciated a couple of teabags and parking permit arrangements weren't clear when we arrived. Great overall though.

It was slightly noisy overnight, due to be close to local amenities.

Excellent value for money. It was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of cafes etc just round the corner but it was really quiet and peaceful. Everything perfect for a one night stay

The shower attachment was broken, although it worked hand held. No bath taps?

Bathroom rather cold (despite heated towel rail)

The bed was so comfortable!! And I was in love with the bedding too! Lovely lighting in the bathroom, spacious and clean, and nicely decorated

The only criticism I would have is that there were no taps on the bath, so I had to use the shower to fill the bath due to me having nerve damage in my leg, it took an hour to fill and was cold by the time I got in. But this is just a small issue and didn’t affect my stay that much!
