Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Loved heated rowel rail. Everything we needed was there and host responded quickly to queries. Very close to The Christie where I was visiting my husband each day.

Microwave a little too high for me and no.bath mat. But host provided extra towels because I used some as bath mats. I couldn't find any taps ro run a bath. Shower was good though.

No hot water. So no one able to shower. Apparently the shower was broken

The high ceiling in the front room , the layout , the decor , had a really nice finish to the place , when I had initial difficulty finding the place the guy on the phone helped me and was amazing thank you

Was just missing some essentials I would expect in a kitchen like a tin opener , tin foil and cloths , everything else was perfect !

Very clean and had nearly everything we needed. Was perfect for 2 nights. Host was quick with responding to queries through the messages.

We were provided with only two rolls of toilet paper for 3 of us for 3 days, which was not enough. Hairdryer was also missing and when i messaged the host they said that they would try get another one to us however none appeared and we were not told if they would or would not be able to get another, would have preferred if they just said they couldn’t get one to us.
