La struttura è molto carina, curata, pulitissima. Proprietario molto preciso nelle indicazioni e molto gentile, anche se la comunicazione è avvenuta esclusivamente tramite whatsapp, non lo abbiamo incontrato. Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro, fuori stagione, per cui più che la vicinanza al mare ci interessava la vicinanza al centro (in auto sono pochi minuti).

Credo che l'alloggio sia particolarmente adatto alla stagione estiva. Abbiamo soggiornato in pieno inverno, le stanze erano fredde a causa della temperatura esterna ed essendo il riscaldamento affidato al stema di aria condizionata caldo/freddo, abbiamo dovuto tenerlo acceso, cosa che può rendere l’aria un po’ secca; inoltre, si riscaldava la camera, ma il bagno rimaneva freddo. Inoltre, non c'è un parcheggio privato, arrivando la sera tardi abbiamo trovato un posto in strada non molto lontano ma abbiamo dovuto girare un po' e non ce n'erano altri disponibili (il parcheggio in strada non è a pagamento ma bene sapere che può essere scomodo).

Il est noté parking gratuit sur booking, or c’est un stationnement gratuit dans la rue (ou dans une rue annexe). Cela m’a quelque peu contrarié
