Very cosy room close to the seashore and train station equipped with everything you might need! The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was bright and well appointed, it looked recently cleaned and decorated. It was not cleaned again until just before the end of our stay.

We were repeatedly asked to pay a 100 Euro deposit by IBAN bank transfer but could not do this from our UK sterling account, we find this request unusual on Booking, though know it is common on sites like Air B&B. Which is one reason why why we tend not to use such sites. Despite a query to our host there were no glasses for water or wine. The Booking site said "✓ Check-out until 10:30" yet the electronic lock was only programmed to allow entry until 10am, preventing access after 10. In fact we returned from breakfast before 10am on our final day to find the cleaner had already stripped down the room. The final clean seemed thorough it is a shame that the room had not been cleaned during the stay.

Maurilio is a great and sincere host; helpful with any request. The place is spotless clean!
