I liked that it included towels,toothbrush,and bathroom shoes in the room. It also had a locker and key for you to store private things like wallet,important documents,and other small valuables.

I didn’t like how hard it was to open the door to the room due to the nature of the lock being on the bottom and having to fiddle around to find the way to get the key fully in. Also the booking app did not give me the right location. I had to text them and ask for the right address which was thankfully only around a block from the place the app gave me directions to.

So confuse to find it, many stairs. Elevator super small and old. They did charge a small doble room as triple room!! So disappointed about it.

We had a terrible experience - locked out of the hotel at midnight as the door had been locked from the inside. ( no sign indicating not to to this for guests) There was nobody to call, the numbers provided were off. We were stuck outside with nowhere to go for 3 hours until around 3 am. (dangerous) Eventually out of desperation we banged on the front door until a guest woke up and let us in. The property said they would refund us but ignored us and we were not compensated.

Excellent location (near train station). The bathroom is fully equipped.

Beds are too soft, the sofa is really small. It's small room for 3 people, but if you get along is ok. 😉

We found this property in last minute. Staff was so friendly, super clean, we loved it

It was difficult to check in to the building since they manage multiple properties. I followed the directions by sending a WhatsApp 3 hours before arrival, then again 30 min before and 10 min before, but no one responded. When I arrived I had to call different numbers posted outside to request someone to let me in- and the lady on the phone admonished me for sending messages, saying she had too many to read. I was forced to wait in the rain with other people attempting to check in with the same problem until someone arrived.
