Booked as we got stranded on a train and had to stay in Bari at short notice.

The B&B is basically some rooms in a converted office building and is run remotely. You have to ring a Chinese lady up who is hard to understand and then someone is sent to meet you. This went wrong and we were sent to the wrong property and had to walk with the person to the "other" building. Then you're on your own. There is an emergency number and that's about it. For breakfast you get a ticket for the local bakers. You get a pastry and coffee, that's all. There were no towels in the room, luckily we had some of our own.

3 minutes away from train station, short walk to old historic town. Security was very good. It was clean. I5 had an elevator.

Room #11 was extremely small (barely 1 foot around entire bed), it did not match any of the pictures. I should have insisted on seeing the other rooms. The Booking.com agent is an agent for multiple properties. She has to contact a runner for the property. Unfortunately, this led to a 1/2 hr delay waiting outside. (Booking.com agent was in the hospital is what I was told). I would not stay here unless I got a much bigger room.

Terrible exsperience. A true scam. They first told me that my room was not available, then they tried to rent me a room in the black market in another place and more expensive. The other room they want to rent was of an aunty who had a room for 90 euro plus tax . I refused and found anorher place for the same night. .Then at almost mid night, they wrote me that the room was avaiable and they took 71.68 euro from my account. I called the day after to be rehimbursed and they told me that for them the room was booked. They were super unpolite. I told them it was unprofessional and against any code of conduct to :1) first deny I had a room booked 2) second to

Friendly staff, hotel is rudimentary.

Very good locacion, 100m from the station. Quiet place. For staying for few days very good choice.

Breakfast at the càfe was not good. I think they don‘t like the „people with the voucher“. No good service.

the apartment was clean and spacious enough for 3 people the bathroom is large and we had a hair dryer as well the balcony is spacious the breakfast bar is a 2 min walk away

dubious people in the area (being close to the train station) during the night the area becomes quite strange but that has nothing to do with the property, they have no fault anyway, police cars or carabinieri were always present so nothing bad happened

Clean and nice colourful room. Cozy bed, quiet and still. Very close to the station and short walk to the Sea and to old town. Good place! Quick service when phoning.

Bit tricky with different keys and additional code and brick for the room.
