4 bed home 3 mins from harbour + sandy beach

Superb stay and easy walk in to Folkestone. Local petrol station is handy if you need supplies. Place is very clean and the beds are superb. Would stay again, was visiting family and as there are so many of us, it was easy to stay nearby. Hosts are excellent in responding and now knowing they have other properties would love to check them out as well. Getting access to the property, emailed keycode for door access . Easy with family to leave the property and not worry about keys!! Beds. Super clean and comfortable, after a long drive I dont remember much as my head hit the pillow. Lots of space in the living/kitchen area with everything needed for cooking ,washing,drying. Lots of takeaways to order with no issues.. Fast internet and wifi which covers all floors! - ( If you have kids you will know! ) Its a town house on 4 floors that is in a VERY quiet area. Was worried with the traffic but in the evening.. Nothing.. SILIENCE!! Take a look at The Harbour area, as I have not been down there for a while was shocked how amazing it is.. Just 5 mins away!

If you have issues with mobility the stairs may be a bit of a problem (as steeper than normal) not for us just worth noting if looking to book.. Its over 4 floors. Apart from that, worth it. Nothing else that I didnt like.

Nice clean house in a great location for us. Close to lots of things. Parking permits were really handy. We managed to park right outside, which was great. The bathroom was huge, which we liked. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children to chill out in the evening. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely come again.

The bathroom door handle was a bit dodgy and needs a good shove to open it. The shower was great, but the shower head was a bit wobbly and unpredictable. Some of the oven trays and items in the kitchen were dirty when we went to use them, obviously left by previous guests!

We had a great stay at this guest house. It had all the facilities we needed, just like shown in the pictures and mentioned in the description. Every room had comfortable double beds, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The host provided paid parking spots for our 3 cars in front of the house, which was a big plus and gave us peace of mind. Nearby shops and beach / harbour were also within walking distance, which was convenient, especially for kids. The house had everything like a proper home, and as a family, we really enjoyed our time there. A special touch was the welcome gesture — fruit, milk and butter were kept in the fridge for us. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Nothing, everything was great. Just to keep in mind with very young children, there are lots of stairs as the property has a basement and 2 floors.
