GBThe shower was very good. Accommodation was ok.
The shower, although very good, is crying out for some sort of shelf to put your shampoo on. The chairs in the lounge were very wobbly and the table could do with a coat of paint. No egg cups! (luckily we took our own) Only 3 cups for a two bedroom apartment 🤔. Area is a bit noisy but hey that’s Las Americas for you. Scruffy stairs to apartment. Only 1 key and no electronic entry as stated. No WIFI.
ITGBGBGBThe bathroom is nice and shower is lovely. Beds are comfortable accept pillows. The apartment is modern but there are to many negatives. The apartment was mainly clean and if just two people for a couple of nights would be fine. But 4 people for 18 nights was not good at all. Personally I would not stay there again.
Flat is very small. Photos are very misleading. The fridge and table are not in position from photos. If they where you would not be able to use the sink or sit around the table. It says kitchen I would say sink and hob (that has no instructions on how to use. Hob is also very sensitive. Often have to put the coffee machine inside frying pan to get it to register something is on it Also had to turn off completely at fuse board on multiple occasions to reset it What there is, is very basic kitchen. No spray to clean the kitchen area. Need some scissors in the kitchen and bread knife also needs a bigger bin. Only 3 wine glasses and 3 cups which is no good when there are 4 of you. I would not recommend having 4 in the apartment as it is far too small. Only 3 chairs around the table however when I asked for a fourth it was delivered No units next to bed in small room. Only one squashed pillow per person. Asked for extra pillows but did not get any. Pillows still hadn’t been delivered by 25th when requested on 14th. There are only 6 coat hangers in one wardrobe and none in the other. Clearly not enough for 4 people. External bathroom window needs frosting. People can stand outside watching you shower I had read about problems with noise. It is a loud area however I would not say that’s the problem. The problem is the windows. The balcony has been used for extra living space and the windows that have been installed are useless. There are gaps between them all when you close them allowing the wind and the noise to get through. There is no toilet around by the pool you have to go back to your apartment, Lots of tiles missing from pool floor Unable to connect to internet in apartment. Public parking always busy. Big private car park for the two blocks but was not allowed to use which is crazy when you pay £1600 for your stay The pool does not open until 10:00 which in my opinion is too late. 09:00 would be a much better time for it to open.

There was work going on in the room next hammering drilling all day everyday like waking up on a construction site had to move hotels through paid for 4 nights stayed 1
