The owner is rude and not helpful, the windows are a death trap, the wifi doesnt work at all, didn’t mention the kids pool was closed so my son couldn’t make use of the pool while on holiday, honestly would never ever ever go back! Because of broken windows you get lots of cockroaches also
UAThe apartment is clean after a fresh renovation, new furniture, appliances, dishes, bathroom. But there is no fan, clothes dryer and internet. On the third day of requests, they brought us a hair dryer. We contacted customer service regarding the internet, they told us to look for a router ourselves, but there was none in the apartment and our requests were ignored. The internet was never connected until the end of the holiday and they did not even compensate for this with at least an apology. In the evening, bars start working, music is clearly audible until 4 am. You can't close the window, since there is no air conditioning. The windows in the toilet and children's room overlook the common entrance. The location of the apartment is very convenient, the ocean, beach, shops are close. We did not use the pool.
