"Really nice accommodation. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable for a lovely night sleep."

Self catering. Location was great.

Only little downside was it’s a shame the windows couldn’t be cleaned. Absolutely gorgeous view out of them . But spoiled a little bit by all the seagull poo.

"A birthday surprise that left my wife devastated!"

Location.

Booked as a birthday surprise 3 days away for my wife. A 3.5 hour drive from home, via a Skipton steam train trip & an afternoon tea, we made the unforgivable mistake of arriving 30 minutes early! The place was a bomb site, filthy sink & toilet, bin overflowing, linen, throws & cushions thrown all over, filthy carpet in entrance & hallway stinking of fish, my wife was disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We phoned, they sent the cleaners in, whilst we walked around Scarborough in the rain for 2 hours! We contacted the company again, they said 'yeh, really sorry about that'. You know the phrase 'you only get one chance to make a 1st impression'!! Previous feedback 'all the e mails are a pain in the ass' are quite true, plus 'free parking' means on the road, if you can find a space! The photographs really flatter the place! Think that it's best I don't share photographs here!

"Some good some bad."

Great location for where we needed to be, was nice to be on the quieter side of Scarborough. Was a nice apartment and liked they had board games available, haven't played Guess who in years!

The apartment was not cleaned fully, old food left on the floors, hand washes not refilled and shampoo dispensers were filthy. Also far far too many emails being sent from the booking company (not booking.com)

Location is excellent in a fairly quiet seafront road with sea views from the front windows. Free parking on road outside with parking permit provided by the hosts. Not far to walk to shops, restaurants etc.

Bedside lights too dim and low down for reading easily. (A problem we find in most hotels)

Location was great

The apartment was dirty. The shower was dirty, there was food in one of the bedrooms. Someones pants and socks were left in th warddrobe. There was a towel with faceas and urine left in the bathroom

Great location and vue. Close to most things in Scarborough.

Early departure time of 10am - espescially on day clocks went forward!
