Friendly and helpful neighbours. Bookingcom helped us retrieve a partial refund after spending 4 hours cleaning.

House was filthy on arrival. Dishwasher does not work. Fan in the one bathroom did not work, note no window for ventilation for 6 adults. House was generally unclean and unkept. Requires maintenance. No support from the host, not available to come round, phone only. Host reprimanded us and told us to leave after the first night, due to our many messages asking for assistance and describing our problems with the house.

No hot water . Dishwasher wasn’t workin

The apartment was very beautiful and spot on in terms of cleanliness. It was very clear the owner invested in renewing it recently I’d say and they put great care in looking after it. We only stayed there for a night but we all wished we stayed there more. There was also space to park our car right out the door, which was very handy. We had a great night sleep as the neighbourhood was quiet. We loved it and I couldn’t recommend it more .

Big, spacious house with rooms that catered to our group

The shower pressure and temperature wasn't to our liking

Very clean, and cosy and nicely furnished

No shelter to smoke outside and it was raining.
