Absolutely gorgeous house with everything you’d need. Owner left plenty of towels which usually doesn’t happen often. Beds very comfortable, same with the sofas which had 4 reclined seats. Everything else in the house was easy to use and perfectly easy to use and clean.

Slightly far from the centre, although wasn’t a problem for me as I love walking, I could see it being a tiny problem for others.

Very handy location. This lovely B&B was perfect for our family of 5. A great kitchen meant we were able to prepare our own meal and the living area was a good size for us all to relax. A perfect base for a stay in Derry.

Only 1 loo was at times a bit tricky for a group of 5, but we managed fine and this would not stop us coming back.

Inside of house was very well presented, downstairs and upstairs.

Shower screen served little purpose as had to mop floor after every shower. Rules suggests that bin should be emptied before departure however outside bin was already full/overflowing when we arrived.
