The apartment was super comfortable to stay in. Arturo and his nephew were amazing, polite and very attentive to all of our needs. The location was good for all we wanted to do. We could walk to most of our favourite places and Chedraui was about a 10-15 minute walk away. The local bus was a block away and only a 40 peso ride to go downtown. We were provided with complimentary water and coffee and a complimentary bedding and towel change. We couldn’t have asked for more from our host.

The kitchen was a little under stocked. In having been to Isla many times before I usually bring the extras I need as we enjoy cooking at home as well as going out. Some of the dishes were chipped which made entertaining a little challenging and yet we managed just fine.

Great location out of the way not so touristy lots more locals but very easy to get around. Love to stay great host would definitely return.

The location was outstanding if you want to be mid-island. The shower water pressure was really good. Arturo, our host, was excellent! All your necessities are met at Casa Oaal.

The bed is really firm, but some people like that. This info is more of an observation than a rating.

Big apartment. Clean.

Far from everything. Sleeping room a big noisy it needs sound isolation.

This property is in a great location, clean and has comfortable king size bed. The area is safe and has lots of good local dining options within walking distance. I recommend renting a vehicle or you would have to take a taxi to the beaches.

We love this location as it's close to the marina where we have our boat. It's a quick taxi to the main town and beaches. There are several little stores around and the lagoon also has a great sidewalk to access a larger supermarket and more restaurants. Perfect if you have young kids as an updated playground that has a taco truck is right down the street.
