Location and pool

It needs a deep clean and some appliances replaced

The location, number of rooms, parking, easily accessible, hot tub. The checkout procedures were straight forward and easy to follow. The water pressure was good. Ceiling fans were nice in the bedroom. Nice community.

The beds were sagging and all uncomfortable. The sofa bed had garbage and was dirty when couch cushions were removed. Several of the springs were missing so the mattress was just put in the middle of the floor to be used. The dishwasher didn't seem to work, even though we tried turning it on multiple times. It's really old and needs to be replaced. The Keurig machine wouldn't even power on. We tried multiple outlets. The "nonstick" pan we used to cook eggs a few times was not nonstick. We had to scrub it a lot to get it clean every time we used it. Better cookware would be nice.

Clean. Nice quiet area. Plenty of space.

Pool was closed. No one’s fault. Just too early in the season. lol.

It had snowed, walk wasn't cleared off and had a decent amount of snow. I borrowed the neighbor shovel. Texted Manger to come put some ice melt down, no reply until morning and no follow through Grubby table, chairs. Mold in the shampoo dispenser in the downstairs shower AND I found a gummy in the corner behind the door of the room my 3 year old was in. Maybe it was just a piece of candy, but who knows. No response about it. Won't stay here again because of the gummy.

Great location for easy access to Zion (30 Miles) and Bryce Canyon (75 Miles). Kanab is a nice town with some great restaurants and a couple of good grocery stores. We spent a day in Kanab playing disc golf at a fun local course and then hiked into a pretty canyon directly from the back door of the unit. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths worked perfectly for our family.

Location. Nice layout of condo.

Not very clean ie tables all throughout house not wiped down to eliminate stains. Dishwasher doesn’t work properly w/o placing a knife to make knob work. Washing machine missing a knob to determine size of load.
