I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There were several issues that made the experience quite uncomfortable: •No basic amenities: There was barely any hand soap, no coffee, tea, or sugar provided, and even no hangers or tissue paper in the room. •Bad odor: The room had an unpleasant smell that made it difficult to relax. •Broken TV remote: I couldn’t even turn on the TV because the remote was broken, which was very frustrating. •No kettle: For those who want to make tea or coffee in the room, forget about it—there’s no kettle. •Safety concerns: The doorknob felt unsafe, and I didn’t feel secure in the room. •Poor cleanliness: There was a noticeable stain on the walls, which is unacceptable for a hotel room.

Location was ideal and affordable.

Lock on main door to building didn’t lock nor stay closed. No working outside building lights or foyer lights. The refrigerator door doesn’t close, air conditioner leaked onto the desk, tv didn’t work, a problem with ants. The bathroom and kitchen weren’t very clean. Food splatter in microwave and along the back splash behind stove and sink. Wall beside and behind the toilet were dirty as well as the floor.

Unfortunately after stating that I have severe health problems and that I could not be in a room with fragrances due to my health they assured me that there would be none and the room was incredibly scented due to the detergent they used on the bedding. I slept on towels and I was still sick for my trip and they did nothing to try and make up for the inconvenience. Any sort of apology and recognition on their wrong doing would have been a good start.

It was in a nice area and was newer

It was close to the hospital.

Everything was so white you could see the dirt on the walls. The bathroom smelled like mold when the shower was on. The dishwasher didn’t work and had standing stagnant water. The front door didn’t lock. The beds were awful. My room was supposed to be a one bedroom apartment with a regular bed and a Murphy bed. Instead I was given a studio with two Murphy beds. Rust stains on the bedding and I was charged for extra bedding that wasn’t anywhere in the room.

I was Comfortable with my Stay 👏💯❤️

Just the Towel was rackwas broken laying underneath the sink and no Ice tray. Could have had Linens and Fresh Towels the following day, Any Whoo- zI enjoyed my stay-> Days. Will be back soon. Thanks ~ Yours Truly Ms. Rhonda McCants😊

I was confused about the keypad and someone came right over to show me how to use it.

The bedding and towels were stained and there was hair on them. It was a cement floor with no rugs. They did offer to come clean but it was late and I just wanted to sleep.

Great location ..comfortable room

There was no soap.
