Santorini - Perissa 41

Great location, great sea views, easy access to the beach. All the luxuries you want in a beach front apartment

Without detracting from a spectacular apartment, could have benefitted from Bedside lamps, and noted a few sticky runners in cupboards

The property is well maintained and clean and comfortable, the views are truly amazing and the location is perfect.

Nothing, we enjoyed it all.

The main bedroom balcony door did not work, which wasn’t a problem for me because I could still go to other rooms. But for future reference rather get it fixed.

The view from Perissa 41 is simply the BEST ! We sent photo's to friends and they literally thought we were in Greece. Also, the property felt safe and secure !

I really think the owners need to do some maintenance on the property . . . touch up paint here and there. The gas braai isn't nice at all. We really wanted to braai, but they only have a gas braai. Although the cleaning staff that came in everyday were great and friendly, it would've been nice if the dishwasher was working. The owner really needs to sort this out ! Also, with gas braai, there were no utensils to clean the grid with . . . that's a bit strange.

The location is wonderful with fantastic views. It was conveniently right in front of the private beach which we loved. However it’s abit of distance to Thompson Bay beach. This was honestly the best thing about the holiday.

The were so many things faulty with the unit upon arrival. The dishwasher was not working, the main bathroom shower and basin was completely blocked. The blinds in the second bedroom were frayed and getting stuck. One of the blinds in the lounge were not closing at all. For the price we paid, the least that can be done is ensure all is in working order before a client checks in. We booked a 6 sleeper - the cutlery was inadequate- only 3 teaspoons. It was our first time in Ballito, Santorini and there were no signs warning us of monkeys. They got into the apartment and made havoc. It could have been avoided if we were warned about such things. The parking arrangements were poor - only 1 vehicle can be parked by the unit. The second vehicle is parked quite a distance and uphill walk away. Apparently there are garages for the unit but we were not given the option. It was not value for the money I spent. I’ve spent that same amount or less at other resorts and received far better service!
