The venue was beautiful, right at the beach Very spacious Very clean We weren't affected by load shedding Private beach acess was cherry on top

The key to the balcony by the main bedroom wasn't there,not much of a a big deal but it would have been nice to have that access

Not clean Cups and mugs are dirty Tiles slippery especially travelling with kids Sitting chairs not comfortable for family Shower not clean Had to call to ask how we’ll get keys , no prior communication Had to call to ask for access code to the beach no prio communication Had to call and ask wifi connection.

The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. My room boasted breathtaking views of the ocean, allowing me to wake up to the sight and sound of waves gently lapping against the shore. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities showcased a commitment to luxury and comfort. The private beach was the highlight of my stay. The exclusivity of having a private stretch of coastline made the experience truly special. The privacy offered by the secluded beach allowed me to unwind without any distractions, creating a sense of serenity that is hard to find in more crowded destinations.

There was construction going on during my stay at a few units close by which is understandable since the property owners renovate their properties to improve the layout and amenities for us, the holiday renters, However the contractors doing the work did not obey the speed limits set in place by Santorini. The gate codes for beach access changed a few times without any notifications so we had to ask the security staff at the main entrance for assistance. There were guests trying to fish on the private beach which spoiled the morning, afternoon and evening walks on the beach as you have to avoid their lines and look out for any hooks in the sand that might've been dropped.

Well furnished and equipped kitchen.

They need a new mop and there are leaks under the both kitchen sinks. This is causing great damage to the kitchen cupboards. Parking was a problem because our combi could not fit into the garage.

I loved the location of it, the cleanliness’s and it also has all the household necessities.
