Very welcoming and helpful owners/ hosts. The location was good, not too far from the centre and within easy reach of everything we needed. We liked having a balcony, the decor was aesthetically pleasing and the apartment was well equipped. It was peaceful at night and the air conditioning worked well.

Some written instructions on the hot water system switches (or labelling of the switches in the kitchen) would have been helpful and we could have sorted an issue out ourselves. As it happened the owner came over promptly and fixed it for us. No other complaints.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simona. Ze nam de tijd om ons tips te geven voor ons bezoek aan Bologna. Het appartement is verder heel ruim, schoon en bevindt zich op een top locatie in het centrum van de stad.

Alberto met us and checked us in. He also went over map and local restaurants which was a great help. Very good local restaurant 50 meters away. Small cafe 50 meters away as well for breakfast/coffee. Grocery store (PAM) was 2 blocks away. Easy walk to city center. Large underground parking 3 blocks away. Would highly recommend.

Not much to dislike. Lots of stairs to get to apartment. Small elevator-large enough for luggage only.

방 사이즈는 작지않아 지내기 답답하지는 않았음. 근처에 큰 마트가 있음.

옵션에 있는 엘레베이터를 타기 위해서는 약 30개 정도의 계단을 올랐다 내려갔다, 긴 복도를 지나기를 반복해야 함. 즉 그냥 리프트 없는 1.5 층 숙소로 여행자의 무거운 짐을 들고 오르내린다고 생각해야함. 짐 옮기는 고생을 줄이고 싶다면 절대 선택하지 말것. 위치는 생각보다 관광지 중심지까지 거리가 있음. 주말이면 창문 뷰로 보이는 공원에서 작은 공연같은게 열리기도 함. 시끄러움. 공연이 끝나도 사람들이 한잔하며 오랫동안 떠들거나 노래부르는 소리가 다이렉트로 들림. 부킹닷컴에서 2박 예약시에 세탁기 옵션이 있었지만 막상 숙소에가니 3박 이상시에만 세탁기 사용이 가능하다는 예약시 본적없는 이용수칙을 제시하니 단기 투숙시 이부분 유념바람.

The host was very accommodating and welcomed us on our arrival. We could only stay for two days as a rail strike affected our time in Bologna. Alberto provided great information for us on restaurants and things to see in the city. Both he and Simona were great and the place was spotless. Could have spent another 3-days easily in this unit and in the city.

Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time in the city. So, I think had we spent more time, we would have been able to navigate our way around better and of course see (and eat) more.
