Mrs. host very nice and helpful (flexible on check out time), very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Apartment with windows overlooking the city park - despite the heavy traffic, you can not hear the traffic in the apartment. Very successful stay.

Our host is very kind. The apartment is close to restaurant and grocery store. Place of interest and train staton is within walking distance. The apartment is facing the public park and quiet. We have everything we need.

Simona was a lovely host. Great location with a lovely Cafe 50 metres up the road. Simona spoke excellent English and was easy to communicate with. We even got to get several loads of washing done after travelling for 10 days without doing any laundry. Grazie Simona.

Not at all the fault of the property owner, but the park next door had loud DJ music, but that stopped about 10:30pm

Simona, the host, is very accomodating and replies to queries and requests straight away.

The property is really good, and the location is perfect. The park outside the balcony is really nice, and the flat is on the 2nd floor in the nice building.

Property recently furnished and newly painted. Very clean. Very well appointed apartment. Little touches to get us started in the flat such as body wash and toilet rolls and plenty of towels, extra blankets. We didn’t have anything missing. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes. Access to the property is very easy, lift is handy and easy to use. The location of this apartment is a strong advantage only 10 minutes walk to the statue of Neptune. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in its vicinity. Our host was very friendly, warm and ready to help when we needed to book a taxi.

To enhance the double bedroom perhaps a mirror is the only thing we could suggest.

Very clean, warm and cozy, very happy about that because we came in the winter.
