AUGBUsed the property before, has everything. I need
ITRenovated apartment at the first floor: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living. The location convenient for the Breacon Beacons.
Upstairs the bedroom is messy and chaotic with lots of blankets everywhere (hair and hair elastics found on them) on sofa an chairs, mattresses are uncomfortable and the third bed is terrible, worse than a camp bed. The carpet in the living room is not clean and full of hair, my child's socks were dirty after being on it. The laundry room near the bathroom is full of towels everywhere, on open racks, on the coat hangers, in the washing machine...you can't feel a sense of cleaning thinking about that towel could become yours... Finally the chairs in the kitchen were full of crumbs under the pillows and they need to be cleaned at all.

Although everything was clean, the bedding was ironed, there were also some maintenance issues, like the plaster around one of the light switches was broken, the living room door didn't close properly and the bedroom door needs oiling.
