Mattresses were a little uncomfortable. There was a step which could have tape on to highlight it as we tripped over it. It was on a very busy road,

The exterior may look a bit shady but we were totally fine and felt safe with the security
INIt was very easy to collect the keys for the apartment. The host was very friendly and accommodating. He even offered milk for the tea/ coffee.

Mattress in the bedroom was horrible. I felt with every single my body centimetre springs. Never ever slept on the mattress like this. It has to be changed. And not damaged pan has to be provided. We didnt use it, looked too bad.

beds could do with tightening up I thought the one was going to collapse during the night, the door to the bedroom was very squeaky, nothing a bit of grease or oil wouldn't fix.

Location was a bit suspect
GBGBThis apartment actually has 3 single beds in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room, with a kitchen and laundry. Location isn't posh, but it's over a shop which is closed at night, so quiet, and excellent location for Bike Park Wales.
The only major concern I'd have is that there are no blinds to cover the velux windows in the bedroom, so the room will get seriously bright as soon as the sun comes up. It was okay for my stay in April, but by June this would be a problem.
GBThe property was very clean and the host was very attentive. He went above and beyond as I asked if he could add some decorations for my friends birthday and he put in great effort with balloons and banners which was so lovely. The kitchen was stocked with butter and milk if needed which was a nice touch as well as other things like tea/hot chocolate/ coffee. Thank you very much, great value for money.
