Die Ausstattung war super :-) die Aussicht: unbezahlbar)) Die Lage war ideal: zum Strand 5 Minuten, ruhig gelegen. Sonnenschirm + zwei Liegen am Strand dabei Eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Wir werden auch auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!

Der einzige Minuspunkt: am Tag unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt. Erst gegen 16.00/16. 30 Uhr kamen die Reinigungskräfte. Es steht aber auch so in der Beschreibung. Trotzdem nicht so toll, wenn man früh angereist kommt und seine Sachen erstmal nicht richtig ausladen kann.

The only thing that I liked was the check-in and check-out. It took me 5 minutes to check-in and 10 seconds to check-out. The rest was a catastrophe,

As many already mentioned, the key pickup location it's a travel agency that is quite far from the actual building. If you are not by car it's gonna be interesting. Not an issue for us but good to know. Another important thing, you will also pick up the bedsheets from there (the first time in my life). Once we entered the room we noticed 2 things. First, the dishwasher was running and ran for about 2 hours, which told us that the cleaning person was just there, at 5 PM. Red flag. Second, there was NO cleaning done in the room despite the running dishwasher. So, tired after a 7-hour drive, with a 4-year-old child that was 2x tired and hungry we started cleaning the room. It took us about one hour to clean all horizontal surfaces with alcohol. Everything was sticky and questionable when it came to not picking up some bacteria and/or viruses. We also wanted to clean the floor because we usually go barefoot inside the accommodation and leave shoes at the entrance BUT there was nothing to mop the floor. The balcony was full of mosquito-like insects. Seems they were not actually mosquitos but they sure stung like hell, and of course, there were no insect nets. Inside it was hot but we couldn't open the windows. We tried the AC, bad choice. A fungus smell instantly filled the room so we had to shut it off. I checked the AC devices and I put my money on it that they were never cleaned (check the pictures). As expected, the bathroom sink was 90% clogged and the water took ages to drain out. The same for the shower. In the only bedroom, the light above was flickering so we were never able to use the light during our stay. We used the ones in the lobby. During our cleaning, we found quite some dirt and spider nets all over the place (picture attached). In conclusion, no one gave the tiniest s**t to clean the room. And it was not a one-time. It was the standard considering how dirty everything was. Talking to some neighbors we found they had the same treatment.

Very comfortable and modern, with a big terrace, good working AC, well equipped kitchen. Parking place is right next to the building, behind closed doors (every guest gets the remote for the door and all the parking places are numbered so there's no confusion). The beach is close- 3 min walking and every apartment gets a set of 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach.

Guests will get bed sheets and towels at the check in at the agency (and a single roll of toilet paper is waiting in the bathroom), but other than that it's recommended that one brings all with him/buys there (sponge and kitchen towels, detergent, tablets for dish washer, toilet paper...). Some shop is quite close but the better and bigger one needs to be reached by a car. There wasn't a single blanket in the whole appartment (we didn't actually need any, since it was really hot). There isn't really any serious critique other than it's a bit pricey.

No equipment for cleaning - no dish soap, no tablets for dish washer, no paper towels etc. Two remote controls needed new batteries. No sunbeds on rooftop - space on rooftop could have been used better - maybe a spa.
