The apartment was modern, it was clean when we arrived.

Complete lack of basic utensils such as soap or toilet paper. I think that for the price they should provide at least a minimum amount of soap and toilet paper so that one can use the bathroom when arrives after a long journey. We had to carry the bedsheets by ourselves, which would have been a great problem if we arrived by public transportation. Not really baby-friendly.

It was great. Lignano is a good choice if you choose the beach in case of vacation. The apartment was cosy but the layout could be better. Sum it up: WE LOVED IT!!!

Noise, cigarette smokey neighbors (it doesn't count's on the accommodation)

Over the last few years, I have made over 100 reservations, including a dozen or so in Lignano through booking.com, and I have never been so disappointed with the customer service approach of both the property and booking.com. I booked a suite with a sea view at a higher price. Upon arrival, it turned out that the apartment did not have a sea view. I called the agency and was informed that if I was not satisfied, they could give me another apartment. I had to go to Pineta of Sabiadoro to get the keys. I came back with the keys to the new apartment and here's a surprise. The new apartment also does not have a sea view. I go back to the agency and I hear something like this. "It doesn't have a sea view, so what? We don't currently have any apartments with a sea view." And that's it. I contacted boolking.com. Where I was advised after 24 hours to contact the property directly and try to resolve the issue. I replied that the property was not willing to solve the problem. After another 24 hours, I received a reply: "Please contact the property directly and solve the problem on site." Embarrassing. As for the apartment itself. At first glance, it looks nice and modern. Unfortunately, the impression is spoiled by worms crushed on the walls and living in the corners... The equipment is very modest. No toilet paper in the toilets, no bottle opener, no corkscrew, not to mention a toaster or coffee machine. WiFi: in a 6-person apartment, you can connect 2 devices, provided that you are not allowed to stream or download files. Really in the 21st century? On the day of arrival, the provided password and WiFi user did not work. To sum up. I definitely rented much better apartments in Lignano at a much lower price and I feel very disappointed. I do not recommend.

3 room appartement, spacious, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, 1 terace, 2 balconies. Not too close but double see view. Great airco. Dish washer. Clothes washer. Very modern. Wifi available. 4 minutes from beach.

It should be mentioned to bring your own toilet paper.

Clean Apartment with all needed facilities. No issues with parking. Huge balcony with place to rest and eat. Enough dishes. There was no tablets for dishwasher. Professional wash machine is available downstairs. It costs 6 euro, no need to buy detergent only softener.

Keys pick-up location was at 9 min long ride location. Additionally, I had to pick-up big packet with bedclothes. For me it was not an issue at all since I was travelling with a car. However, it may be an issue for anyone without a car. Dishwasher had to be closed with force in order to start the washing program.
