Very clean and great location if you have a car.

This property is NOT an entire apartment as listed. This is a smaller-than-standard hotel room in a house with shared kitchen and living room area. You will hear your neighbors. The place might be better described as a hostel? There are also 2 flights of steep stairs up to 4 of the rooms. Not recommended if you aren’t able to carry your luggage up stairs. When we contacted the host about these issues, we were told that Booking.com does the classifications of the rooms so they couldn’t make the listing more clear. Not sure if that’s true, but we won’t be using Booking.com anymore since they obviously say what they want with no idea what they’re offering.

The accommodations were spotless and everything you needed was there. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Even had an AC unit! Kitchen was top of the line appliances.

I needed to modify my stay and property management was inflexible.

Loved the ease of access to E-bike/Scooters. There is no need to use public transportation unless grocery shopping, airport travel, etc. We biked everywhere, in which case everything was within a 2-3 mile radius roughly to include Pike Place and Downtown. Bed was comfy, AC unit easy to use and quickly cooled/warmed our room. Common area was clean and cute. Felt very secure, electronic deadbolts on each door.

No iron/ironing board was available. Did check the common area as well, but to no avail. First time in Seattle..room was extremely small. Now, I understand the micro-apt style of living. Definitely wasn't my forte. Guests should also be notified of which floor they will be put on due to handicaps, etc. There is no elevator, so be prepared to hike heavy luggage up 3-4 flights. Overall, Decent stay! Would definitely stay again if rooms were larger.

It was okay Room was clean.

Yard needs attention. Did not know was 3 stories. Stairs were very steep. Difficult finding the third floor. No signage. Was not good for seniors or persons with disabilities. Other people took luggage upstairs. Had to figure how to get luggage down. VERY Difficult.

Loved the house. The shared kitchen and living room were really nice. Each room had its own full bathroom and AC.

I’d say maybe a bit of better sound insulation between rooms but it wasn’t a deal killer.

I booked a one-night stay through Booking.com and paid in advance. However, on the day of check-in, I was unable to check in because their website, which was the only way to check in, was not functional. They also denied a refund and told me to contact Booking.com instead. When Booking.com called them to inquire, they kept saying that they did not refuse to let me check in, but the truth is, I really couldn't check in at that time. This resulted in me spending a week applying for an investigation with Booking.com. Fortunately, I eventually received a refund from Booking.com.
