The location was very convenient for our visit to the NEC.

The property had some housekeeping issues.eg the built in refrigerator door cover was not attached so was difficult to open the refrigerator. The temperature control for the oven was broken and so the oven temperature could not be changed.

Location of property. Most rooms had an ensuite. The lounge area was comfy. And the kitchen was well equipped. Had good easy parking.

We had to wait over an hour and a half to get into the property because we were not sent the key safe code. The owner did not get back to me despite emailing, messaging and calling him. I ended up ringing booking.com who then managed to contact him to send me the code. This meant we were delayed getting to the party we were going to. Also there was no hand soap at any of the sinks which we expected as a basic. Also no hand towels was poor. No instructions for what was expected on check out re towels or bed linen. We also found a wet towel folded up in the bottom of a wardrobe. Also nothing about what to do or where to visit in the local area.
