The location
It was quite unclean. I was in the same room a week prior and noticed the same stains I had left on the surfaces. It appeared that nothing had been wiped down, and even the towel I used was stained.

Near Steve Biko Hospital where we had to go for an appointment. Cozy and sunny with a cute little table and 2 chairs on the balcony.
The lift was out of order, and to get to the 4th floor with baggage was difficult. The apartment seemed clean but at night the cockroaches made their appearance!
