The location is easy to access. The host is also very responsive when you need help. I loved the room, it was so cozy.

It's always a pleasure to obtain a service that meets your expectations. Zoe was exceptional in her work to prepare the place for us. Keep it up Zoe. Value for money.

Location was very convenient

No balcony, although I booked a room with a balcony

The bed was nice and soft - and the room was warm at night. Had nice hot showers. They offered change of sheets and cleaning since I was there for a week. The place overall was decent and quite cosy.

The owner is such a good person

Everything it was not clean ,literally a bucket for mopping was in the bathroom. Imagine. Is was very dirty as well . The sheets were smelling bad ,even the shower was smelling.

The experience was not good at all. While the guy who said he was the owner showed grace and kindness in handling some issues, I believe bad business practices made my stay disappointing. When I arrived, the room was occupied by two men, and the story I got was "they made a mistake and checked in a week earlier than required 🤔". This was frustrating as I had had a busy day, and I needed to rest before my meeting at 18h00. While the guys left, I used an untidy room, and I had to wipe the toilet seat of their urine before I could use it (they had used the bedding as well). The bathroom (shower) was not clean, and it was challenging to use (This had nothing to do with the 2 guys, the bathroom needed thorough cleaning as it was apparent it hadnt been cleaned in a loooooong time). The place has cockroaches, which meant I occasionally had to play hide and seek with them. The room is on the 4th floor, and the lift was not operational the entire time I was there. The building does have an unpleasant smell as you walk through the staircase in and out of the building. The security personnel were kind and welcoming (with exception of the one on duty when I arrived, cash exchanged hands between him and the other guy before the guests who "checked in earlier by accident" had to vacate the room.
