What a joy to have stayed here! Fabio is an exceptional host, probably one of the most welcoming we have ever encountered. Always smiling, available and full of good advice, he contributed greatly to making our stay even more enjoyable. He is very attentive to the well-being of his guests and this is felt from the moment of arrival. Breakfast was really very good, with delicious homemade cakes every morning. We had booked the suite, which was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. The two balconies were a real bonus for enjoying the atmosphere of the city. The bathroom was very well equipped and we particularly appreciated the mosquito nets on the windows! The room was made up every day during our outings. The location is ideal, right in the city centre, and a parking space included in the reservation is less than ten minutes' walk away, which is very convenient.

Nothing to complain about. We have wonderful memories of this stay. The only small thing to note is the limited traffic zone in the city centre, though the included parking less than ten minutes' walk away made this a non-issue.

La posizione ottima inl centro storico e rispetto al mare Ottima l'accoglienza di Fabio che si prende cura dei suoi ospiti con attenta cortesia. Gran bel posto, curato pulito e famigliare Ottime le torte fresche a colazione Molto apprezzato bollitore e macchinetta del caffè in stanza Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Struttura accogliente e arredata con gusto, dotata addirittura di zanzariere! Camera pulitissima e silenziosa, nonostante la posizione in un vicoletto in pieno centro. Comodo il parcheggio a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, vicino al porto. Colazione molto ricca con prodotti freschi e torte fatte in casa. Asciugamani e lenzuola profumatissimi! Letto comodissimo. Il titolare super gentile, disponibile e professionale ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa!

The B&B lies in the centro storico of Vieste, within the ztl which was aktive 20:00 - 07:00 when we were there. Fabio is a very friendly, competent and helpful host who took our luggage from the nearby Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele, while the reserved parking spot is about 600 m away. The room Federico II is nicely and comfortable renovated with a friendly and modern bathroom. It offers free coffee, ac and a mini fridge and serves everything we needed to spent a wonderful day and night in a lovely town. Breakfast was the highlight of the morning with fresh fruits, self baked cakes and frech bewertet coffee. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, thanks again, Fabio

Tout était parfait et très propre en plein centre. L'accueil de Fabio est très chaleureux et personnalisé, les pâtisseries de sa maman sont excellentes pour le petit déjeuner très copieux et qualitatif. Je recommande à 200%
