(1) Convenient: This place is one block up from the Tbilisi-Kazbegi Marshrutka bus terminus, with around 2-3 min walk. (2) Quiet: As this hotel is one block up from the main road, where many trucks pass by 24/7, this place is quiet. (3) Nice terrace: the view of Mount Kazbegi and other mountains are wonderful. There are also chairs where I can sit back and enjoy the view. (4) Nice and clean room: With all necessary amenities and equipment (e.g heater) provided. (5) Caring and flexible host: I can first check in and leave my bags in the room, then pay the host later. I was not feeling well at night and the host was very caring that she offered help

The hosts were amazing and so friendly. He used Google translate really well so the language barrier wasn't a problem. He couldn't do enough for us, and their tours are really well priced and every recommendation really had us in mind, not just a way to make money but first and foremost ensuring we had an amazing time. Our trip wouldn't have been anywhere near as good without their recommendations. Everything was clean, warm, the showers are really hot and perfect. Free tea, coffee, even chocolates! And the view! Incredible and such a nice place for a glass of wine to relax. Would 100 percent stay again.

It's a 10/10 and I'm just a light sleeper but the curtains aren't quite big enough for the windows, so id prefer something a big bigger/darker but honestly being woken up earlier to enjoy more of the view/day isn't so terrible.

INCREDIBLE. Especially if it snows. The views are to die for. The host is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The location close to Spar. Incredible.

Good location Extremely clean and very comfortable bed. It's 2 separate rooms sharing the deck with an amazing view and a well equipped kitchen for guests to use. Owners are extremely welcoming and friendly would stay here again :)

Great Location and great view from the balcony. There is a kitchen with everything you need and also a washing machine. The heating is also very good and despite the cold temperatures (at night well below 0°C) the rooms were always warm and cosy.

The host only speaks very basic English which made communication difficult. But in the end everything worked out just fine.

The owner was very very helpful...the room, washroom & kitchen though we didn't have to share was highly equipped. the balcony was huge...& we got mesmerizing view of Mount kazbegi & Gargeti trinity church. Highly recommended 👌 👍

We had both rooms rented upstairs, which are accessible by a large terrasse. The rooms and bathrooms are very new and modern, the work is well done! Hairdryer in the bathroom was helpful. We had good weather so we enjoyed several breakfasts and evenings on the large terasse, equipped with several tables and also comfortable chairs with this amazing view to the church and mt. kazbek.
