Apartment is really clean and elegant with picturesque view on the mountains. Amazing host. She is really friendly and helpful!! Speaks English very well so you can ask about help, reccomendations etc. All the best for the owner of the apartment. :))

We highly recommend staying with Sofi. The guesthouse is perfectly located, close to the center, in a quieter street. It has a great terrace, where you can enjoy the stunning view over the Gergeti-church and the Kazbeg mountain... Our room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Sofi and her husband (and also her cute little cat) made us feel at home, away from home...

Guesthouse is near main street where you can easily get to different areas walking, also stores and some restaurants are near. Rooms have everything you need, they are clean and cozy. In shares kitchen you find all you need. Also washing machine for the clothes. Host Sofi is most friendly and heartful person! She takes care of the guests, helps with everything possible <3 Also she and her husband can help you with hikeroutes and also transportation if needed. These where great days in Kazbegi! :)

We liked everything about our stay. The host was very kind and accommodating. They offered to transport us to our excursions (for a fee) which we greatly appreciated because of the convenience. Although the husband spoke limited English, it wasn’t a big deal as we were communicate via translation apps. He was an able driver and even took us around town and told us personal stories. As to the property - it has everything you need. The room was clean and modern. All amenities mentioned were available: hot shower, fully equipped kitchen, washer (although we didn’t use it), toiletries, etc. The views from the balcony were stunning! We almost forgot we had that view because the first night we stayed was very cloudy and then come to wake up the next night and wow! Spectacular mountain views all around. We liked most of all its location - just a few meters away or a 3-minute walk to the center. Use the booking app map rather than the google map for location, because google map had the pin wrong, but Sofia (the host) picked us up when we couldn’t find it. Very much appreciated. She even gave us welcome wine drink, your typical Georgian hospitality.

The location is very good, and the landlord is very friendly, the landlord does not speak English, only Russian or the local language, and can use translation software to communicate, but it is still a great hotel and everything is clean. in the future. I hope to go to Come & Rest again.

The manager is such a sweet, friendly, flexible woman. She let us leave out stuff in our room before check in, and keep it in her living room after. The room and bathroom was very spacious, the TV had an internet connection, the shared kitchen was clean, comfortable and had complimentary candy. The view from the patio was stunning. Within walking distance of hikes, restaurants, grocery stores, and the bus (marshrutka) station. We didn't have to take a single taxi.

The owner speaks super english and is very friendly, gave us valuable advice for visits to make. Centrally located so quick walk to all the commodities in town, yet very quite, away from the road. Beautiful view form the nice terrasse on mount Kasbegi. Kitchen is a delight
