Excellent location, right in the heart of all the action of Madrid- We could not have been happier!

Hauling luggage upstairs was the only negative

Location was great, tons of restaurants nearby. Clean.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there isn't a lift/elevator. If you have large/heavy luggage and/or traveling with an elder, this could be an issue. I didn't appreciate the resort fee (it applies to everyone, even children). I didn't have a resort fee for another Plaza Mayor apartment in Madrid during our stay.

The apartment was in fabulous location views from front and back were amazing

108 steps were tough and very very steep … also lock on door of apartment did not work all the time we contacted

Everything was great but maybe the bunk beds could have been a bit more sturdy and with better mattress.

The property was. Lovely , and comfortable. Great location and had everything you’d need for a break .

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. It is on the forth floor and some might find it difficult

The apartment was very clean and lovely. We especially liked the modern feel, the huge amount of space, the air conditioning, the wonderfully equipped kitchen, the two bathrooms with excellent water pressure, the incredible location, and the fantastic views. It has everything you could need!

Those with mobility issues or certain other medical conditions may not be able to climb the 100+ stairs. There needs to be an accessibility disclaimer on the listing. We booked an additional day on the front end so we could access the apartment outside of the "from 3 pm" check-in time. I communicated this beforehand, but we still could not enter upon arrival and had to call to work this out while on the street with our luggage. While on that call, we were then given incorrect information about our dates of stay, which caused quite a panic. Thankfully, within 10 minutes or so, it all got sorted, but it was a stressful check-in experience.

No elevator in the facility. It's challenging to carry luggage up and down during arrival and departure.
