"Overall, a wonderful stay in Madrid !"

The location was great ! The property was clean and the AC was excellent !

The walk up - over 100 steps up to the apartment. Upon arrival, we had trouble entering the property. The directions did not allow for entrance into the building only into the apartment directly.

"Huge appartment with an amazing view on Plaza Mayor!"

The appartment is huge! We loved that! And the view on Plaza Mayor is amazing!

Everything was good. We just didn't know about some extra fees, Booking can be responsible for that because when we were paying, it said: The amount you pay now: ### euros The amount you pay at the property: 0 euros And then we had to give them deposit of 300e + something called "resort fee" which is 12euros per person per day.

before arrival we go the code for opening the apartments door so it was even easy to the stay... no worry about keys great location clean and big enough (only the upper room is more suitable for children as the high is really small, for me it was a bit complicated to get dressed in this room as I was not able to stay properly). the owner communicate without any delay so if you have any "problem" you get answer or recommendation almost immediately

we didnt understand how to get to the building as instructions where not very proper the owner communicates only in Spanish

appartment is very huge, place for all family of 9. very clean, kitchen quite small but very well equipped. we did enjoy so much. very hood view, great location. all my family enjoy and love the flat. I recommande. the staff is very helpful. I appreciate . thank you 🙏 amazing lady.

only 2 bathrooms, no lift, a bit noisy because you are in the centre. so what do you need more?😝
